How ThemeVin Options Work
There are 3 major groups of options you can set in our themes: Theme Options, Preset and Page Settings. These Options are the backbone of all our themes. They give you full control over your website and allow you to customize the design without touching a single line of code. Now we will show you the relationship between theme and How to use them to create your website.
– Page Settings: Located within each page and post. Page Settings will only affect the individual page you changae them on and overrides options set in the Theme Options or Preset (If this page applied any Preset).
– Preset Options: are groups of options that were set beforhand to facilitate use, and overrides options set in the Theme Options (After installing Demo Data we have many demo presets which lets you create WordPress pages very easily). You can apply a Preset to a page/post.
– Theme Options : Located in WP Dashboard > ThemeVin > Theme Options these options are global options that affect your entire website.
Click here to watch the Video guide (Ozganiko was used for example in this video)
Preferential list of these groups options in a page/post is: Page Setting --> Preset --> Theme Options
NOTE: Preset and Page Settings will use the Theme Options value if left empty or if the value is default. They will override Theme Options if any other value is entered. This setup gives users maximum flexibility for setting a global theme option, then being able to override it on a page/post/shortcode basis.
– Page Settings –
From WP-dashboard, navigate to Page → Add New.
In the page If you choose default (or Inhirit) for an option, it will use the selection you have made in Theme Options (or Preset if this page/post applied any preset). Select a different value to override the theme option.
– Preset –
Below is a screenshot of the Page Title section in Preset. The Show/Hide Page Title option is set to Off, thereby on any page apply this preset will be not display Page Title unless the corresponding option in Page Options is set other value.
We used Ozganiko theme for example. From WP-dashboard, navigate to OZGANIKO → Theme Options.
Create new preset:
Manage all presets: From the interface of Theme Options, you can manage all presets list, choose a preset to edit/delete or preview it on the frontend
Preset Setting in Theme Options: Preset Setting in Theme Options is a option that you can choose a Preset to apply for each page type (404 page/blog/woocommerce)
– Theme Options –
By clicking on the Theme Options menu, you'll be able to change all settings that affect to entire your website.
The options are organized into logical tabbed sections, and each option has a description of what it will do on the front end. Because of the number of options ThemeVin available, we cannot go over them in full detail here. We encourage you to take some time and navigate through each section to familiarize yourself with the options.
